Coupon Policy

Coupons are a great way to save more when shopping with us, and it is quite easy to use them. There are certain guidelines which we follow while accepting coupons to ensure all users can enjoy heavy discounts when shopping on Bravo.

The offer contained in the Coupons is subject to You being a registered user ("Users") of Bravo.

1. These terms and conditions are in addition to the Bravo Website User Agreement, Privacy Policy and other Bravo Rules and Policies.

2. All the coupons are applicable on first come first serve basis

3. Bravo reserves its rights to add/remove/modify (in whole or part), at any time, any or all the Terms & Conditions of this Promotion/Campaign, or to replace, wholly or partly, this Promotion/Campaign by another Promotion/Campaign, whether similar to this Promotion/ Campaign or not, or to withdraw it altogether, and Bravo decision in this regard shall be final.

4. A User using the Coupons in any manner shall be considered to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.

5. Coupon issued to the Users may be linked to specific username mentioned in the electronic communication. Coupon, in any case, cannot be used through another username even though a different username is maintained by the same person.

6. Coupons shall be valid and must be redeemed as per the validity date mentioned along with the said coupon and/or along with communication of such coupon, unless cancelled/terminated earlier in accordance with these terms and conditions and/or Bravo Policies.

7. Coupon amount will not be refunded to in case of any returns

8. The validity of E-Coupon shall be subject to the condition that the User is a registered user and has neither been suspended nor been in violation of Bravo UAs & Policies.

9. Coupon carries no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, negotiated or sold and cannot be redeemed against cash.

10. Item purchased must fulfills the coupon description (brand, size, quantity, color, flavor, etc.). Acceptance of unmatched coupons is against Bravo policy.
