How can I place an order from Bravo?
Placing an order on bravo.com is very simple and easy.
- Log in to your tila.com account using your registered email address and password. If you do not have an account yet, click here to register on tila.com.
- Search or browse for the item(s) you are looking for.
- Select the item you wish to purchase and click on Add to Cart or Buy now.
- Mention your address where you would like the items to be delivered.
- Select the payment method you wish to proceed with.
- Click on Confirm Order to confirm your order.
- You will receive an order confirmation with the details over email and SMS.
In the order confirmation email, you will get a link to track the status of your order.
How do I know that my order is confirmed?
You will be sent an order confirmation email as soon as the order is placed with details such as the order number, delivery address, payment details along with a link to track your order. The status of your order can be checked under the ‘My Orders’ section.
How do I check if instant discount/cashback is applied?
Instant discount/cashback is applied directly to the product or order value in your cart. You will be able to see it on the screen.
