Refund Policy

Once the product you want to return is picked up and products have been received, inspected & found to be eligible for refund, then we will process refunds in the following manner:

1. Online payment modes (Credit card, Debit card, SDAD, MADA etc.)

We’ll process your refund within 5 working days from the moment your return is picked up. Though we process the refund within 5 working days, the actual credit into your account would depend on your bank processing time*. The amount will be refunded to the same method of payment used in purchasing the product online.

Kindly note that during sales events our refund processing times might vary.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD)

The money would be refunded to Bravo credit balance within 5 working days from the moment your return is picked up which you will see in your account login page. This Bravo credit balance can be used during your next purchases on Bravo.

* The unit of Bravo credit will be referred to as ‘credits’ when displayed in your account page.

If you're waiting for a refund and want to check the status, you can view this information under your ‘My order’ section in your account for the related product.

Refund of Shipping fees

When processing the refund for a return, we may deduct the shipping fees as per the below cases:

  • In case you return the complete shipment you received; shipping fees will be refunded
  • In case you return part of the shipment you received; shipping fees will not be refunded
  • For express delivery and same day delivery orders delivered on time, shipping fees will not be refunded
